From the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom you have a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. You truly get the best of both worlds as G313 sits on the top floor of the high-rise condo in a quiet part of the complex and gives you a full unobstructed view of both the harbor and the ocean. The sounds of the waves penetrate all the way to the condo and are buoyed by the music of the babbling brook below.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4 with two additional spots at the bar.
LIVING AREAS
G313 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a queen-size sofa bed and comfortable chair. The living room also has a flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower with a separate dual sink vanity area.
SLEEPING
G313 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed and has a flat-screen tv with cable. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
