Our place is only 20 mins from Central London by nearby Raynes Park Train Station.
The space
The light drenched open plan lounge has been decorated in earthy neutral tones and boasts a wonderfully comfortable grand sofa which can also serve as a sofa bed. Modern prints adorn the walls with an integrated SMART TV.
The kitchen is top of the range and fitted with premium appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen sink is equipped with dual stainless steel taps.
All three bedrooms are opulently furnished and are bright and airy. There is a 1x super king sized bed, 1x king size bed, 1x double bed with fresh and crisp hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms are fully tiled with designer taps and the main bathroom has a wonderful fully sized bath.
There is also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. The apartment could accommodate 8 people in total when using the sofa bed in the lounge.
