It is a short walk away from Stockwell tube station where you can arrive arrive in Central London in just ten minutes. Equally you can walk to the River Thames in 25 minutes and soak up such historic sites as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
While the vibrant neighbourhood of Clapham is on your door stop with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars.
The space
This property is in a fantastic location. After a short walk you will find yourself at Stockwell tube station. From this tube stop you can arrive to the centre of London in just ten minutes where you can soak up such magnificent sites as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and many more. In the other direction you will find Clapham high street is 5 minutes away. This high street is bustling with cafes, restaurants, bars and nightlife. There is also the open green spaces of Clapham Common on your doorstep. Here you can enjoy some tranquility amongst the greenery, the pond or entertain the children in the newly refurbished park or water splash park in the summer.
Enter the modern and newly renovated house and on your right you will find a kitchen area with a a great space to whip up your favourite meal and enjoy time around the table with family or friends. Straight ahead is a lovely living space complete with a sofa and tv. This looks out on ti the garden where you can enjoy some fresh air or sip on your coffee in the sun. There is also a shower room downstairs. Moving on upstairs you will find 4 great rooms that all have storage for guests and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has two singles beds and the fourth bedroom has one single bed. It should also be noted that the sofa in the living room doubles up as a sofa bed.
