Summary: This house feels even closer to the beach than I thought. At night, the waves put us to sleep and we could see the beach from at least 3 rooms given that bedrooms are on 2nd floor and living area is on the 3rd. We were here for a short stay, so we didn't use the beautiful kitchen much, but I could see this working for a longer stay as well. The host was responsive via text and checkout was easy.
