The space
From the main lobby, accessed up a flight of stairs Penthouse 5 is perched at the very top of the building. Light streams in from two glass domes giving a feeling of spaciousness. The master bedroom has a superior Superking bed with doors opening onto the wrap around balcony with stunning views of Shaldon and the Teign Estuary, the ensuite bathroom offers the same views. Bedroom Two has two single beds, a large dressing area with double wardrobe and an ensuite wet room, access to the wrap around balcony offers views of Weymouth, the Jurassic coastline, Teignmouth seafront and town. Bedroom Three has a Kingsize bed with views of Shaldon and the Teign Estuary. The apartment also benefits from a second separate wet room. Each bedroom has a wall hung, flat screen television.
The open plan living area is an enormous space with two large sofas one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed for extra guests. The large, fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer has panoramic views across the ocean and offers granite worktops and an abundance of additional appliances such as microwave, double oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of storage space. There is a large dining area which can comfortably seat 8. For entertainment the living area offers a 40” flat screen television and blu-ray player with surround sound.
