Amazing 1800 sq ft 2-bedroom in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. This boutique historic building has very few units and underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The building is 100% secure and has private resident access. The unit has original historic brick, modern chefs kitchen, huge living and dining areas, fully remodeled bathroom with separate shower and tub, as well as ample closet space in both of the two bedrooms. This unit is located in the proximity of a number of DTLA's top restaurants and attractions such as, Umami Burger, Urban Outfitters, etc. and is just a short walk to Bottega Louie, Crypto.com Arena, etc.
Located in the heart of downtown LA's "Historic Core" where you will have no problems finding some of LA's top rated restaurants just minutes away! Located minutes from downtown's famous Bottega Louie, you'll have access some of LA BEST food — head over to try one of their famous macaroons, fabulous mimosas or mouth-watering wood-fire pizzas and try to see if you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of some of this fabulous social spots frequent celebrity customers!
