Situated on almost 4 acres, with an organic farm and bonded winery on premises, Peppertree Canyon is perhaps the most exquisite compound ever created in this area. The picturesque tree-lined driveway leads through a vineyard to a limestone fountain centered motor-court and 3 separate living structures – the main house, the guesthouse and the winery.
MAIN HOUSE (4,947 sqft)
The main Tuscan farmhouse seamlessly blends a marriage of rustic woods, old world stone and modern amenities that reflect quality craftsmanship in every corner of this distinguished 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with a downstairs master. Exquisite, handcrafted finishes throughout - prime grade parquet wood floors, breathtaking beamed ceilings, gorgeous woodwork and cabinetry, inlaid limestone floors, artisanal metal work, and finely crafted millwork – blend to create the epitome of casual luxury.

The winery is a versatile, mult-functional complex established in 2014. It is the home of Peppertree Canyon wine and olive oil as well as the setting for many memorable events. An attractive blend of industrial elegance, with tall ceilings and huge firehouse and barn doors, this multi-level structure currently houses its own kitchen, bath, tasting room, game room, studio, office, loft, wine room, indoor/outdoor theater and expansive storage area.
