This housese is very close to the Famous Foresthill Bridge and accrss to 49 that will take you into the canyon where there are tons of hiking, swiming holes and of course the confluence where the American River converge.
This home is easily handicap accessalbe inside with only one step up to the front door.
This home has 4 good sized bedrooms , and an open dining area to the Livingroom. The fenced Backyard is roomy with grass for pets and children to play and plenty os seating for eating outdoors by the BBQ.
