This sparkling new studio is found within the Kurve on Wilshire apartment community in the heart of Koreatown. Kurve balances bustling city-living with easy access to the open outdoors and offers designer residences within a community focused on wellness. Enjoy an acre of rooftop amenities and outdoor space, not unlike a private park in the sky, with lounges, gathering areas, and a shimmering swimming pool. Downtown LA is just minutes away and plenty of parks, eateries, and boutiques can easily be reached.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• Although the area is very walkable with great things to see and do nearby, there is a large unhoused population.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Concierge hours are 9AM to 7PM.. Check-in is not available outside of these hours.

• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
