Spacious home centrally located at the gateway to countless outdoor activities and sceneries for quality leisure time. Enjoy the Monterey Bay Aquarium just 15 minutes away! Just 5 minutes from pristine white-sand beaches, 12 minutes from the famous Fort Ord State Park, 10 minutes from Monterey Airport, 5 minutes from restaurants/grocery stores, 15 minutes from the infamous Cannery Row/Monterey Bay Aquarium. The perfect getaway for you and your loved ones!
The space
The property is equipped with a fully fenced in backyard with a bbq, fire pit, and outdoor seating. The interior is set up as a fully furnished property that includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, paper products, TV, high speed internet (wireless), furnishings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with coffee grinder, coffee maker, and French press. Charges to your security deposit will be required if replacing any of these items is found to be necessary. Coffee, assorted teas, basic cooking/baking ingredients, olive oil and spices are supplied for your use and enjoyment. In addition, the following toiletries are also provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, Q-tips, make-up removing wipes and toilet paper.
**Noise Ordinance**
Please note that quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, however, I ask that you ALWAYS be aware of your noise level and behavior and how it may impact surrounding neighbors. Any complaint(s) made by neighbors or law enforcement will result in loss of security deposit.
Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself, including a large and spacious front patio, fenced in backyard and private driveway to park in.
* Please note there are two tenants that rent the garage as a separate studio. They have a separate access through a gate on the other side of the driveway, no access to the home, backyard or courtyard. They're very quiet and its not likely you will see them at all.*

-Minimum age requirement for booking reservation is 25 years of age. Persons under 25 must seek approval before booking. Booking guest must be present throughout the entire stay.
-Parties and/or special events where additional guests will be on the premises, are on a case by case basis. Advanced permission is required and additional fees apply.
-Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per stay, and must be approved in advance. Only fully house trained animals and no puppies (under one year) unless they are crated. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME EITHER INSIDE THE HOUSE OR IN THE YARD. Only crated dogs may be left alone inside. Please clean up after your dog.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
Please be considerate of the noise level at ALL times, especially when outside and 10pm-8am. Any complaints by neighbors or police will result in the loss of deposit.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:
Every effort is made to keep Seaside Sanctuary in pristine condition and fully operational for all guests. However, there are times when acts of God or unexpected events occur, i.e. storms, power outages, appliance breakage, etc. In any event, we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible and make sure you are comfortable in the meantime. Events such as these may require service technicians to perform repairs during your stay. This will be fully communicated and with as little inconvenience to you and your group.
Interaction with guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. It is up to guests how much interaction is desired. We are available at all times and just a quick phone call away.
