Beautiful sprawling 1-acre estate located close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, LAX, Hollywood, and the beach. Great location for a family getaway, work retreat or relaxing escape. Our home features an enormous backyard with a heated pool/jacuzzi, 2 BBQ grills, a putting green, and a two-bedroom detached guesthouse.
This the perfect location for your next stay in Los Angeles.
NOTE:
The layout consists of 5 bedrooms with 4 Queen size beds and two double beds. There are 3 bedrooms with Queen size Beds In the front house and 2 bedrooms in the back house one with a Queen size bed in one room and two double beds in the other.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $100.00 FEE PER DAY FOR HOT TUB AND POOL HEAT USE. THE AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO TAMPER WITH POOL OR SPA CONTROLS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION IS SUBJECT TO A $500 FINE!
Also, POOL CLEANERS WILL ENTER THE BACKYARD TWICE PER WEEK and MAINTENANCE COMES ON SUNDAYS TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH BINS.
POOL CLEANING is done twice a week on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS
NO PARTIES OR LOUD CONDUCT IS ALLOWED THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD!
