3 Bedroom House in Big Bear

Welcome to your mountain getaway! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin is an ideal place to really escape. It's in a quiet neighborhood so we ask that all guests whisper only if you are outside after 10pm as our neighbors are long-term residents. Sip coffee on the covered front and listen to the birds chirp, or relax in the hot tub on the back deck, surrounded by pine trees and stars and silence. In warmer months, a propane grill, hammock, and outdoor table and chairs are ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. There's also an indoor wood-burning fireplace in the living room, making the house warm and cozy in the winter.
Bedrooms: The cabin has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6-8. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and pull out sofa, a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed + Tv, and the third offers 2 twin beds.
Common area (inside): There is a large living room with couch and comfy chairs for lounging, a 55" flat screen smart TV with Roku and Netflix and DVDs, and a wood-burning fire place. The dining room has a table seating 6-8 and a the breakfast area has a table that seats up to 8.
Kitchen: There is a large kitchen that is well-equipped for cooking meals. Pots, pans and small appliances like blender, slow cooker, etc. are provided. We regularly use the kitchen to cook so it has some dry ingredients, like spices, that you are welcome to use while you're there. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular ingredient will be available at any time :)
Outdoor space: There is a two to 3 car parking space, a lovely covered front porch and huge two-level deck in the backyard. The back deck has plenty of seating, a gas grill, hammock and hot tub.
Kids and babies: We have small children and a baby, and so we provide several items that families often need so that you don't need to haul them with you from home. The cabin has a pack and play, a rock n' play, infant play mat, infant seat and high chair. You are welcome to use any of these items.
Kids and babies SAFETY: While we welcome young children to the cabin, we strongly urge you to keep an eye on your kids at all times! There try our best to add some safety gates which would prohibit kids from going into every part of the house or from going down the deck stairs but always ask adult to supervise them before anything happens. You assume all responsibility to keep any tiny kiddos from going places you don't want them to go.
Laundry room: If you want to do laundry, help yourself!
Location of the cabin: Situated on a residential street, about 10 minutes from Big Bear Lake, the cabin is an ideal place to really get away. Roughly 15 minutes to The Village.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the hot tub, wood-burning fireplace and the gas grill (except the backyard space and under decks and the office in master bedroom which we store all personal items).
Interaction with guests
We probably won't meet in person since we do not live in town, but we are always available via text, phone or email. We want our guests to have the best experience possible and enjoy our home as much as we do, so we are always responsive and will do whatever we can to make your stay wonderful. We have a property manager, Tara Williams, and a maintenance person available if a need arises that requires in-person assistance.
