Large 2 Story House has 2 Master bedrooms. The Upstairs Master is Massive 20x20 occupying the whole 2nd story. The Downstairs master is 12x10 has a sliding glass door opening up to the private backyard and pool with covered patio. Full Kitchen with all essentials. Pool Table with new accessories. New Gas BBQ & Patio Furniture. Big screens Smart Tv's with Disney+, Netflix, Amazon & Alexa, & Xbox. Super Fast Wifi and Full Size Washer and Dryer. Weekly Gardening and Pool Service. House is professionally cleaned. Located less than 8 miles from the beach. Pool is perfect for hot sunny summer days.

Plenty of Parking in the Street and in the driveway. (As long as your car does not leak oil) The Garage is off limits and for storage only.

The House is 2100 sq ft and all electric. Now over 40 years old, It was built in 1971 and updated in 2014 throughout 2021. All Wood Floors in Living Room Hallway and Upstairs Master.
Located less than 8 miles from the beach, we get a nice ocean breeze. The Pool & A/C will keep you cool and well as ceiling fans in all rooms. The Pool is not heated but gets warm in summer months.
When in the backyard you may hear the neighbors dogs bark.
We have replaced the ironing board with a steamer.
The guest bathroom fan is loud but new.
There is a half step before the front door that is hard to see.
The house has a security system that beeps when doors or windows are opened.
The home just received fresh paint and new furniture including new Queen beds, mattresses, pillows, sheets, and bedding. 3 Guest Bedrooms are 10x10 and share a bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has no window, so it has 2 doors. The downstairs Master is 12x10 & Upstairs master is 20x20. Both have attached private bathrooms.
