Summary: We just required a bed for the night. This place was fine for the money. It is dated but it was comfortable and clean. The tea and coffee tray in the room was very welcome. Shower was more than adequate over bath. Beds were comfortable and nice clean linen. Beautiful big fluffy towels
The pub next door was great value for money for drinks and food.... pub grub..... but it was good and plenty of it. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We would stay again if just requiring a stop over. We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a help yourself effort in the lobby of the hotel. All in all good value and comfortable. Certainly needs updating. Be aware no lift to upstairs floors.

Summary: Excellent service from when i arrived, i forgot to mention in notes i was in a cast & they soon changed me to a ground floor room & supplied a shower mat instantly on request. Well done!!!

Summary: Clean and comfortable room, ample parking, reasonable prices and very friendly staff - all made our stay a good one. Definitely recommended. Breakfast was continental with option for sausage/bacon sandwich which was enough for us.
Also having a pub nextdoor is a great benefit, hotel guests don't have to go around looking for restaurants - so convenient.

Summary: Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value.
