This clean and cozy pool house is located in one of Porterville's nicest neighborhoods and has everything to make you feel right at home. Just a few minutes from restaurants and shops, 20 minutes to Lake Success, 30 minutes to Springville Rodeo and highly rated Springville golf course, about an hour to Sequoia National Park entrance, and 45 minutes to California Hot Springs!
This luxurious poolhouse is connected to an over 3,000 sqft mansion in one of Porterville's best neighborhoods. A private parking spot and separate entrance allow you privacy from the main home. The studio has a well-stocked kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, and everything you'll need to cook a meal. A comfy king-sized bed and queen sleeper sectional is perfect for a couple's retreat, two couples traveling together on a budget, or a family of four. There is a full bathroom with outside access to the backyard, perfect for when you're BBQing, laying out, or swimming! The pool house is a studio, so there is no wall between the bed and the living space or kitchen. A double-locking door ensures privacy between the poolhouse and the rest of the home.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole studio including two beds, a full-size bathroom, and kitchen. Guests may also use the pool area which is shared with another Airbnb on the property. Guests have their own BBQ area and outdoor furniture. There is free parking, wifi, and instant hot water. There is no washer/dryer and no dishwasher.
Other details to note
This studio is connected to the main house but has its own private entrance. The home shares the backyard and pool and has one shared door with the other Airbnb. The door is double-locked to ensure privacy and security. The home is in a highly sought-after area in Porterville and is the pool house to a very large and beautiful main house, also available on Airbnb.
The pool is NOT fenced. There is no barrier and no alarm for the pool. Please keep the pool sweep inside of the pool when not in use. If you take it out during use of the pool, please put it back in the pool after.
All swimming and outdoor activities are done at your own risk. There is NO DIVING. If you are traveling with children who don’t know how to swim, please keep the doors locked at all times. All children, even those who do know how to swim, must be supervised at the pool at all times. This house may not be used to host pool parties or any other parties, at this time.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You'll receive check-in and check-out information through the app. Check-in after 4 pm. Check out by 11 am. Our office hours are between 8 am-9 pm, please communicate between those hours.
2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 4 total individuals. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.) and beach essentials, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Acknowledge there are two vacation rentals on this property. You are renting the smaller Pool House. If you'd like to rent both vacation rentals, please let us know. If not, there may be other guests sharing the pool and driveway.
