The whole condo is yours! That's right, you won't hear me at 5am making coffee and breakfast. You also have all the amenities of the complex including temperature regulated pool, jacuzzi, pool and ping pong table, and gym. Don't forget, you have a beautiful balcony to kick back and have a drink on (don't worry, the sun shade will have your back).
Other things to note: October to March there is no AC but I supply fans and with the windows open it will cool overnight. April to September there is AC but no heating. This is dictated by the HOA and out of my control but I will do all I can to make you comfortable. I mean it is Scottsdale after all! We can only stress the grid system so much! If you’re old af this place ain’t for you.
