Start relaxing upon arrival at this gated, serene property with a ranch style home, a front deck perfect for viewing some amazing sunsets, ample parking, a quiet neighborhood and beautiful mountain views. The entire home and property is also handicap accessible.
Inside there is plenty of space for your family or friends with the 4 bedrooms. Also, there is no need to worry about not having enough bathrooms or running out of hot water either, as there are 3.5 bathrooms and a tankless hot water heater. On those warmer summer days, come inside to make yourself a drink in the full bar and in air conditioning that works great! For those cooler evenings, you can cozy up in one of two family/living areas, both of which have wood burning fireplaces.
Outside, you will find yourself just around the corner from the National Forest, Topa Topa mountains and plenty of spots on the property to find yourself relaxing. The immediate backyard has a large shaded patio area with 4 ceiling fans to relax under out of the sun, and an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in BBQ to cook on during the beautiful sunny days. Take a stroll to the upper garden area to find the private, bamboo surrounded pool and jacuzzi to enjoy, or take a walk down the pathway to the south deck and soak in the spa. This spa includes a lift to assist anyone that is handicapped to get in & out of the spa. There is plenty of outdoor lighting as needed, or turn the lights off and start a fire in the built-in outdoor fire pit to stay warm and view the stars.
For your convenience,a dog kennel is available to keep your pooch relaxed as well. To further enjoy your vacation, there is the Sisar hiking trail located 1.2 miles away or head to beautiful downtown Ojai which is only 8 miles! Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions…..happy booking!
