Contemporary Guest House in the Altadena County club district at the base of San Gabriel mountains area, with a 300 square foot outdoor patio, shared pool and tennis court access and conveniently located near Oldtown Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, Downtown Los Angeles.

GuestHouse nestled in the Altadena County club district overlooking DTLA. The bedroom has a EasternKing memory foam bed, quality linens, down comforter, small living room area, and a chair that can be used for meals or as a workspace.
Exclusive access to GuestHouse and lower outdoor patio and limited shared access to the pool tennis courts between the hours of 11am-4pm daily. Outside of these hours, Guest are prohibited from entering the backyard.
No parties, or additional friends, family or guests not on the reservation. A maximum of 2 people are allowed on premises when the the GuestHouse is booked, and only booked guests have access to the house, pool, and tennis court.
There are exterior security cameras covering the front entrances from the street and the back entrance from the mountain side. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act.
Generally pretty little, unless we're in town on a particular weekend and sharing the pool with you. But we are always available by phone during the day.
Guest are not allowed to host pool parties, get-togethers, bridal showers, birthday parties, social gatherings etc without prior consent. The total number of guests on property can never exceed 2 people--this includes the booked overnight guests themselves.

We have daughters ages 13 and 16 and so if we're in town, you'll hear them outside if they are at the pool. They aren't loud, but if you don't like sharing outdoor space with teenagers, our place isn't right for you.
