Recently renovated 2,200 square foot single story home that feels just like home. Main house and spacious guest house with a gym. We have bedrooms that sleeps 10 comfortably in our split floor plan house. On one side we offer two bedrooms, full beds, and 1 queen with shared bath, and a Laundry room for anyone that needs it. On the other side we offer the Master with a huge ceiling tv with free streaming services that has large sliders to patio, with an attached bath that features a bidet, and a walk-in-closet. Next we have a guest house that offers a master bedroom with a California king bed, a separate seating area, a separate kitchen and coffee maker and a bathroom. Room can also be used as a separate work space. We have a custom kitchen newly renovated with all new appliances and ready to make just about any meal. We have 3 bar stools, and 4 chairs plus a high chair for the kiddos. We have a separate cabinet in kitchen full of games to be played while enjoying your stay. Our living room includes electric reclining couch that seats your whole group. and the optional movie theater option with our 75” tv that includes free streaming services to anyone with an Apple Iphone. We have a dynamic outdoor living space surrounded by palm trees, string lights, 2 swing chairs, beautiful patio set, a grill, and corn hole. Around the corner we also have a huge play set for kids to play on and a seating area for the parents to watch. [not photographed]. Along with a gym, weights, treadmill and large mirrors, we also have an EV plug for free car charging. Come stay at our home that offers everything you could possibly need and more.
Our property is surrounded by 900 acres of hiking trails and dirt bike paths, along with beautiful sunsets. House is centrally located to nearby splash pads, pickle ball courts, local grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, and local restaurants, along with Pechanga, and close to our historic downtown Main Street, 10 min from Lake Elsinore Lake, 50 min from Disneyland, 1 hour from the beach, and 25 min to Temecula Wineries.
