Pool heating: there is a 100$ per day extra charge for pool heating. There is also a 1 time preheat charge of 200$ for all pool heat reservations. The pool heat must be additionally requested in advance with a minimum of 3 day advance notice. Please note: the pool can take up to 20 hours in the winter months to reach ambient temperature. If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation you will be sent an additional funds request. The average pool water temperature in the winter months is 64 degrees, spring and fall 73 degrees, and summer is 83 degrees. Please note: if you are staying for less than 1 week you will need to pay the 200$ preheat charge, plus the total number of nights that you are staying (because of the time it takes to heat the pool you cannot request heat for just one or two days). If you are staying for 1 week or longer, it is possible to shorten the period (of nights) you would like the pool to be heated. The safe and standard pool heating temperature is 85 degrees. There are no discounts available for pool heat the rates we charge are just to cover the utility charge. Thank you!
