Situated at the end of a lane on a large lot. Modern interior spaces include 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen and bonus room - currently being used aas a dining room. Striking views of mountain ranges throughout ranch. New kitchen with white quartz counter space, cabinet drawers, new appliances & cooktop. Living room and fireplace. Netflix is provided for your entertainment, we have indoor and outdoor games. If you want the spa heated, it is $40 a night and the pool is $125 a night please note that if you do pay for the pool to be heated that the spa will be included. We run on propane here and it cost us more than what is paid to us due to us having to heat it 36 hours in advance, We do not make anything off it .
