Simply camping is located less than 5 minutes from our latest Joshua Tree attraction, the "Transmutting Sculpture" it is gorgeous! (ggle it). You will pass right by it on your drive to the Simply Camping campsites. We are located at the Copper Mesa Mountains where there is plenty of space to hike about or go off-roading, and enjoy the beautiful mountains. We are in the middle of nowhere but a quick 12 miles to town where there are plenty of places with variety of food. The Joshua Tree Salon is a terrific place to enjoy great salad, or barbeque, hear live music and play pool, in town and every where you turn is wonderful art to view. Plenty to explore in our little town, including world famous Joshua Tree Park. We have a fantastic "farmers market" and funky little swap met. There are 3 major grocery stores and a nice little market; Yucca Mesa Market 12 miles from Simply Camping, with firewood, propane, last minute items, canned and frozen food, ice cream and some limited fresh fruit and veggies...serving Carne Asada on Saturdays! If you are interested in yoga and sound-bath we are near the Integraton and if you're interested in beer there is a fantastic quaint little brewery!
Bring Tent to our Dry Camp with stunning view. 5 campsites, each with fire pit, table and chair. A welll-maintained portable with tiny sink. Owners live on property and avail. 24/7. Simply Camping is kid and pet friendly. There is a small cooling off pool, tetherball, community guitar and hula hoops
