Our large yard has a 30ft boat completely restored and made into a guest house. It has a large comfy bed, bath with shower, dining area, outside living room and kitchen. There is a private outdoor patio exclusive for your use to get sunshine and enjoy our great temperature. We also have laundry facilities and a swimming pool for your use on site. You have the whole boat to yourself in a fenced, secure neighborhood close to beach, public transit and train, parks, library, tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. My husband and I have hosted over 60 students throughout the world. We have bikes, surfboards, kayak and lots of ways to be active and entertained in our lovely city.
Large boat with all the amenities of small apartment. Tiled shower, dining area, kettle, wifi, refrigerator, outdoor living area. The boat has added art and been restored to keep the character of a boat. For 1 person is roomy and private.
