I'm a 50-year-old woman residing in a beautiful home in the great neighborhood of Corona on Hidden Valley Pkwy. I live alone and am looking to rent out two rooms upstairs that share a bathroom exclusively for the occupants of those rooms. I am specifically seeking female tenants.

Each room is available for $1000, with an additional $50 for water.
All other utilities are included in the rent.
The shared bathroom is reserved solely for the occupants of the two rooms.
The house has been completely remodeled and features stone baths.
I am a clean, nonsmoker, and a neat individual.
I relocated to California from Washington last year and have enjoyed making my home comfortable and inviting. The location offers ample street parking, and you're welcome to use the driveway as well.
