The Cost:
Rent is $1150.00 plus security deposit of the same. Utilities are shared and divided in half. This includes P.G.E, Xfinity including cable and wireless and water, garbage and sewer.

Large L-Shaped two bedroom upstairs unit in Downtown Walnut Creek. Perched high above the neighborhood with open views of Mt. Diablo and a spacious open floor plan with large balcony and garden. The kitchen is very modern and updated with all amenities, including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. Large living and dining area with lots of windows, light and space. Private carport is occupied, but free on-street parking is available.
Your Space:
Your bedroom has new plush carpet, freshly painted and a large closet with French sliding doors. The blinds are wood plank. The room is unfurnished and is 11.5 X 13 feet. The room is wired for cable and wi-fi. It is your Private space.
The Neighborhood:
One block from downtown Walnut Creek, including shopping, restaurants and other conveniences. A neighborhood and sense of community with the new Walnut Creek Library, Civic Park, and City Hall. The new Broadway Plaza shopping center is two blocks away. Safeway is 1 block away and Trader Joe's is around the corner.

I'm a working professional woman in the HR and recruiting and staffing industry. I also have a small business in Home Healthcare and went to Nursing School. When I'm not working, I'm typically out of the apartment and active, usually at the pool - swimming, biking, or hiking.
