Close to restaurants, coffee shops, public transportation and even walking distance from a grocery store! Well appointed and comfortable! A smart TV, desk/workspace, more than ample closet/drawer space make this stylish room a welcome place to hang your hat at the end of a long day! Only 1.5 miles to the sand, you can spend your off days soaking up the relaxing sounds of the Pacific and making the most of what sunny Southern California has to offer! If you're in the mood for restaurants, bars and nightlife you're only 1.5 miles to the famous Hermosa Beach pier! Walk the strand all the way from Manhattan Beach, through Hermosa and to Redondo or make that walk on the sand along the water's edge! ALL utilities, wifi, etc. included, no additional taxes, etc.! As your host you'll find that I am quick to respond to any issues, friendly and happy to give suggestions on local spots of interest, etc., but I give my guests their space so that you can enjoy their stays in peace! I work from home, so I'm around, but I'm quiet and I don't get in the way! The room has been revamped with added amenities and as always you will find your room and bathroom impeccably clean!
