This is a shared unit, I stay in the master bedroom part-time.
Newly remodeled Condo; new carpet in rooms and flooring in other rooms. The bed/mattress and all furniture is new. Built-in closet organizer to maximize storage in the room. Car garage that is available for parking a vehicle and/or storage, use is negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
You have full use of kitchen and living area, there are no other renters, and I only live here part time.
This property is in one of the most desired areas of Santa Rosa for its quiet community and easy access to Hwy 12 East; 30 Min to Sonoma, 40 to Napa, 2 hrs to Sacramento. 30 Minutes East of Bodega Bay. San Francisco is 1 hour south on the Hwy 101.
The compound is quiet, well kept and a great community of tenants both home owners and renters. My unit is one of the most secluded bottom units but still in view of the pool, gym, and garage.
Room has a queen size bed and a closet organizer in the closet.
