Fees for the room must be paid in full before your arrival using PayPal. You may pay 50% upon initial booking and the remaining 50% the week before your arrival. An additional fee of $100.00 for cleaning and 12% of the total stay is required to be collected for the Calaveras County Transient Occupation Tax.
