The Space:
The house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and sleeps 13 total, counting one for the couch upstairs. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom, as well as entry to the gym. Two more bedrooms with queen sized beds, one with a private bathroom. Then one bedroom with a queen sized bunk bed. There are three hallway bathrooms, one outdoor bathroom, laundry room, four car garage with a Tesla charging station, multiple dining areas, three separate refrigerators, and an upstairs game room with a bar and balcony. Outside is the pool, basketball court, and hedge-lined walkways and gardens around the property.

1. Strict no loud music outside at any time. Music can be played but it cannot be blasted. And noise outside must be done by 9 pm. We need to keep the vibe of this place as relaxing, retreat like, not a party house .
2. Guests must ensure to drive the posted speed limits on bender and taddei rd at all times. There are pets and children who live on the road. This must be followed as we have received multiple complaints from police and neighbors.
3. No weddings, events or gatherings.
---> There may be a grounds keeper on the property in case of questions or emergencies.
---> Absolutely no gatherings or parties. Any unapproved gatherings or guests over the sleeping limit will be will be charged a $3,000 event violation fee and asked to leave.

1. SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum amount allowed on the property per our short-term rental permit, being 16 guests max. No unregistered guests allowed on the property. Please communicate with us directly for additional visitors coming on the property for approval. If an unauthorized party takes place, a $3,000 event violation fee will apply & you will be asked to vacate property. Thanks in advance :)
2. PRIVATE ROAD: The estate is on a private road, so you do not need to worry about traffic, just please be respectful of the road and drive within safety speed limits.
3. DUMPSTER: Please place all trash in the dumpster outside.
4. SMOKING: Strict no smoking property. Do not smoke anywhere on the premises or in the driveway.
5. PRIVATE ESCAPE: Due to the secluded nature of this property, there are no nearby neighboring properties. Feel free to enjoy yourself without the need of respecting quiet time requirements.
6. PETS: Pets are not allowed at this home, owner is allergic.
