Situated up in the Cathedral City Cove, this home is a on a corner lot backed up to mountains. Amazing views from a backyard pool area that you will never want to leave. The layout and size of the leisure space more than double the footprint of the house and makes for one amazing vacation.
Plush pillowtop queen beds, ample closet space, and little nooks to get away from it all. 2BD/2BA layout make it convenient for each bedroom to have it's own private space. Wait until you see the full-equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a eat-in breakfast bar for 4. Recently added shade area in the backyard complete with sitting area and firepit.
The entire house is yours to use. Easy Smart Lock will allow access at all hours of the day, along with direct gate access to the pool and backyard area. The Cove is only a residential area. There is no commercial parcels unless you go back down to the main road (US-111). It's about a 30-min walk (5-min drive)
FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

-City quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Outdoor amenity use IS allowed during these hours.
