Summary: When I arrived to Perryton, it was raining hard with small hail. I wanted to park and unload under the portico, but there was a large white Ram pickup truck parked there. So I got wet as I checked in and unloaded my bags. Soon thereafter, I drove to my father’s apartment because there was a covered parking space adjacent to his place where my car could be safe. Hours later, I returned to the hotel and that same white Ram was still under the portico! I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she was visibly uncomfortable discussing it. By morning, the storm had passed and the Ram was parked in a regular parking space. It was irritating that someone was allowed to selfishly occupy the convenient (and dry) portico while myself and other customers got rained on. Please be more considerate!
