Positive: Practical accommodation, worked well inside for family use with well stocked kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes and comfortable lounge/.dining area. Quiet at night.

Negative: Door opens out onto canalside - water 6ft from front door with no railing - extreme care needed when travelling with young children. Noise from workshop lads shouting and joking during daytime and stood around drinking outside the workshop Fri early evening. Bathroom floor was really dirty and needed good clean.
