Located in a quiet area and walking distance to the beach (about 5 blocks), Dewey Beach (.5 mile) and Rehoboth Ave (1 mi). The Jolly Trolley is just around the corner. Perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. Most comfortable for 1-3 people.
1 assigned off-street parking spot and free non permit parking along F. Benson St.
This is a smoke free property per condo association rules. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No groups as to respect the neighbors. Renters must be 30 years and up (with exception of families)
