Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family house positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet southside of Lake Havasu City. Large master with a California King bed, dual sinks, a step down shower, and a large walk in closet. On the other side of the spacious living room and dining room you will find two more bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen while the other contains a twin over full bunk bed, and an additional full bed. The second bathroom has an oversized bathtub/shower combo and a single sink with lots of counter space. The living room also has a casino bar table, and lots of family games. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a large pantry, and includes an assortment of k-cups for your use.
Just on the other side of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer & dryer and plenty of counter space for folding laundry. Feel free to park a car in the garage while you enjoy your stay. A patio with a dual purpose propane/charcoal bbq is right outside the kitchen along with a comfy table and chairs, travel up the spiral staircase to the rooftop terrace for a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding Mohave mountain range. The house is also equipped with reverse osmosis drinking water, and a soft water system. Only 4 miles to Havasu Riviera state park launch ramp.
