Come Vacation at this Beautiful quite Mountain Home located in the Phoenix Lake Golf Course with Family, friends or a romantic getaway for two. On the spacious deck enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub overlooking walking path and open space. Enjoy Beautiful views of the surrounding trees. In the evenings Enjoy BBQ on the Charcoal or Gas BBQ in the backyard while watching the deer wander across the property, listen to the sounds of frogs and crickets and see stars from the spacious deck. You'll find everything you need to refresh, revive and restore in this Home away from Home.
Accommodations include 3 bedrooms (Sleeps 6 in beds. Futon in master Can accommodate 2 more with owner pre-approval at an Extra $25 Fee per person per night) Large vaulted ceilings, Large TV and a Rock Wood Burning Fireplace . Can snow at home at times, can require chains on roads in winter. Winter storms can effect Power, internet, TV etc. (Be prepared)
A fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining area (seats 6) with additional 2 seating at the breakfast bar in kitchen. Use the Wine Cooler for 18 bottles of wine that you may have purchased in the many awesome local wineries. Upstairs Large Master suite has a King size premium pillow top mattress and a queen size Pull out plush futon that sleeps two comfortably. On the main floor is 2 bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a quality Queen Mattress and Bedroom #2 has a Full mattress with 1.5" topper pad. House has AC and Heat through out the home. AC upstairs on its own remote. Wireless internet is available, 3 TV’s with cable channels, and dvd players. Many family games and Netflix/hulu availability. Large driveway with ample parking for 3 cars with additional parking on street. Backyard has large Firepit.

Within 30 minutes of Don Pedro, New Melones and Tullock lakes for hiking, fishing, boating or jet skiing, 50 minutes to snowboarding or skiing at Dodge Ridge. 1.5 hours to the Big Oak Flat Yosemite Entrance.
