This charming studio is located in a quiet residential area and at the same time very close to the most popular tourist and entertainment attractions in Los Angeles. This is the ideal place to spend a quiet stay surrounded by trees and relax in its spaces and yet explore all that this ever awakening city has to offer.
The Space:
A Charming Studio of 645 sq. ft. with warm colors that illuminate the room, it has one (1) Queen size bed next to a night table with a lamp, a sofa bed in front of a lower table. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, silverware etc. A storage dresser and on top of it a flat screen TV facing the bed.
A nicely decorated bathroom with shower, personal hygiene products, hairdryer and towels. A beautiful backyard with a swimming pool, a dining table outside with an umbrella to relax and enjoy the sun.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire studio and its facilities. Laundry is shared with the main house.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Valley Village. Very close to iconic sites such as the Hollywood walk of fame, the Santa Monica Pier where you will find an atmosphere of carnival fun by the sea. You will have the shopping La Vallée Village home to over 120 boutiques, countless restaurants, but keeping the tree lined streets allowing the convenience of the city just minutes from major freeways that take you anywhere in Los Angeles.

5. Filming, photo shoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized production will result in a $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
6. If you need to access the laundry room, please contact us and we will arrange access for you.
PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $30 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.
