Summary: Arrived at midnight, navigation directs you to the back entrance of the hotel and the staff is not much helpful, they don't show you the main entrance directions, they shut the conversation down at intercom "sorry this is back door and we cannot open use the front entrance" so I had to make additional 11 miles to find the way, they could open the door if they wanted, they don't care anything about you, they all work like they hate their job. Room aircon is not working, they put a ridiculous fan on the carpet which is terribly dirty.
