Finished to a very high standard, the end terraced house enjoys a stunning setting with its own private rear patio and excellent living accommodation within.
The ground floor of the property has a functional utility with the washing machine and tumble dryer, space to hang your coats and take off your shoes as well as access to the downstairs family bathroom which has a walk in shower, w/c and wash basin. The lounge is well finished with high ceilings and a log burner, comfortable seating for 8 people on 2 large sofas and a love chair in the bay window. The smart TV will entertain you in the evening as your cuddle up in front of the log burner fire. The large open plan kitchen diner is bright and light thanks for the colour appliances and large vulex windows and patio doors. Enjoy the large fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, wine fridge, blender and dish washer in this open kitchen perfect for evenings with the family
Accessed via the kitchen is the rear, private patio. This lovely enclosed patio area is ideal for lazy afternoons or summer evening BBQs, and thanks to the retractable awning and outdoor log burner with integrated barbecue Chesney heat and grill guests can enjoy this area throughout the year.
The bright stair runners guide you to the first floor family bathroom with his and hers sinks, w/c a heated towel rail and a large walk in shower. The first floor twin bedroom has full sized single beds which can be made up into a super-king sized bed upon request, the large built in wardrobe has movement censored lights to aluminate your clothes as your open the large wardrobe doors. The first floor double bedroom has a king sized double bed, built in wardrobe space, a bench at the end of the bed and chair in the corner overlooking the beautiful river views.
The second floor cloakroom has a small w/c and sink before moving onto the second floor twin bedroom which can be made into a super-king sized bed upon request. The velux window overlooks the patio around the back of the house. The colour room has a hanging rail to store your clothes. The master bedroom on the second floor has a large king sized double bed and a private en-suit with a walk in shower, sink and w/c. The beautiful views out the window overlook the river for the lofted top floor.
Throughout the property you can access the thermostat to alter the temperature throughout the property. Please note, Six Tors Road does not have its own designated parking. It may be possible to drop off luggage by the front door and park along the road or in the small car parking area at the end by the roundabout, alternatively, Lynmouth has a number of car parks available, with parking free after 6pm and before 10am, the nearest car parks are located up Watersmeet Road and guests can use the foot bridges to cross the river making access much easier. Please note guests will not have access to the balcony on the first floor double bedroom due to health and safely reasons, the doors to this will be kept locked.
