An outdoor kitchen designed for hosting our home is perfect for those who love to cook. Global decor accents two distinct buildings that are perfect for those traveling with family. 3 kitchens, 3 baths, & a hot tub are nestled in a quiet but convenient located neighborhood. A fenced-in yard is home to humming birds, a small garden, fruit trees.
The space
Our family home (La Casa Grande) is two stories: upstairs with 2 large bedrooms, linen closet, bath with shower. Downstairs has 1 large bedroom, with antique wardrobes, double sofa bed and curtains to close off as desired and bathroom with tub and shower. Patio doors open onto the hot tub and La Casita, our cozy ADU, with its own kitchen, bathroom with shower. Patio has outdoor large heater, fire pit, barbecue/fireplace and utensils/furnishings for parties.
Guest access
The entire property. We will Air BNB only when we are off on a family adventure--a few times during the year.
Other things to note
We are a gateway to Northern California, 45 minutes from San Francisco, an hour from Wine Country, 20 minutes from Berkeley, 10 minutes from shopping centers and freeways.
Extra bedding and sleeping mats are available to add sleeping space.
