Located in a peaceful, safe, and private neighborhood! This listing is in the sweetwater highlands of Spring Valley and has a breath taking view. It is 17 minutes away from SD Downtown/Gaslamp, 20-25 min drive to beaches and 2 minutes away from the nearest shopping center. More importantly, for the safety of our guests, ever since COVID-19 pandemic hit the region I have went ahead & implemented a specific & professional sanitizing guideline for each reservation to give our guests peace of mind.

One bedroom with a queen sized memory foam mattress conveniently located on the bottom floor with a full bathroom.
