PROPERTY DETAILS
This family holiday home can sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms. You are also able to bring the extra family members - up to two pets for a small charge. All we ask is that you clean up after them and do not leave them unattended in the holiday home.
The master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes so that you can hang up all of your holiday clothes. The other two bedrooms have twin beds in each room together with a small wardrobe.
The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
This holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The lounge offers ample seating with two corner sofa benches and additional stools under the dining table. The lounge also has a gas fire, dining table and TV should you have time to put your feet up!
This property is single glazed and does not have central heating. There is a gas fire in the lounge. A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included in your booking.
Parking - The park has multiple car parks providing plenty of parking for guests.
EXTRAS
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. Please note all 1066 Holidays properties are non smoking and are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREA
New Beach has so much to offer for all the family, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade, local animal parks including Alpaca Annie and country walks. Then there is the Crypt of St Leonard, with the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in Britain. Port Lympne offers an amazing Safari Park for animal lovers with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which is a treat for all the family. All these places offer great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars.
LOCAL AMENITIES
There is a small store on site for those essential items, and the nearby towns have the larger supermarkets for those bigger needs.
NEW BEACH HOLIDAY PARK
In 2018 New Beach opened its brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a bar with large TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more. There is entertainment for all the family during peak times that is usually between 1st of April - 1st November.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.
