Vintage Lake Arrowhead Cabin filled with charm built by our great, grandfather in 1956.
Short drive to Lake Arrowhead Village (1 mile) and the cabin has a lot of room for Family and Friends - Sleeps 10.
Main Floor: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bathroom with Tub/Shower, Living Room with flat-screen TV, cable, high speed WiFi, and a lovely Brick Fireplace, Dining area in Full Kitchen, Mud Room with Laundry Area.
Top Floor: Bathroom with shower; Bedroom 1: Double Bed, Bedroom 2: Double Trundle Bed (w/Twin Pullout), Two Twin Beds; Bedroom 3: Two pullout sofas.
Outside: 2 Patios (Lake Front facing) with Table and Chairs, and a back patio area in the back of the Cabin.
Amenities: WiFi, Cable, Coffee Maker, Dining Plates and Utensils, Washer & Dryer and Endless Opportunities to relax and have fun!
Area Info:
• Santa’s Village - newly reopened with many new additions. Attracts visitors year round.
• Shopping: Arrowhead Village Shops. Antique stores tucked away all over the mountain.
• Music: Arrowhead Village free live band concerts on weekends during warm months
• Movie Theater: Two big screens are located in Blue Jay- 10 minutes from Arrowhead
• Tour Boat: Lake Arrowhead is privately owned by those of us that own property immediately around the lake. The “Arrowhead Queen” the only public boat on the lake. It leaves hourly from the Village.
• Lake: Privately owned Lake Arrowhead 14 miles around 185 feet deep.
• Groceries: Jensen’s Market & Stater Bros.
• Snow Sports: Snow Valley is 15 minutes North and Big Bear is about 30 minutes North. Slopes, sledding hills and snowboarding at both of those locations.
• Lake Gregory: enjoy all the fun activities: kayaking, fishing, hiking, swimming and much, much more!!
• Pet fee is $50 per night for up to 2 pets. Each additional pet is $10 per night.

Short Term Rentals
The clients of ALA members who rent their homes in Arrowhead Woods for less than a 30-day period (“Short Term Renters”) cannot access Lake Arrowhead, the ALA Beach Clubs, the ALA trails, any other ALA facility, and/or any dock on Lake Arrowhead owned by any ALA member renting a home in Arrowhead Woods to the Short Term Renter.
As this Bylaw was created by a vote of the ALA members, it can only be changed by a vote of the ALA members.
FINE SCHEDULE FOR VIOLATION OF ALA BYLAW
The fine schedule for ALA members who rent their homes in Arrowhead Woods for less than a 30-day period and allow a Short Term Renter or Short Term Renters to access Lake Arrowhead, the ALA Beach Clubs, the ALA trails, and/or any other ALA facility and/or any dock on Lake Arrowhead owned by any ALA member renting a home in Arrowhead Woods to the Short Term Renter is as follows:
1. First Violation. A maximum fine of $1,000.00;
2. Second Violation. A maximum fine of $2,500.00;
3. Third Violation. A maximum fine of $5,000.00.
In addition to the maximum fines listed above, any ALA member who is found to have violated this section three or more times may be called to a hearing pursuant to ALA Bylaws Article II, SECTION H. Rules and Procedures for Suspension or Expulsion of Members from the Arrowhead Lake Association.
NOTE: If the owner of the Arrowhead Woods property is indeed fined, the fine/fee will be passed on to the STR of the property who violated and trespassed on private lake property of the ALA.
The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prohibits non-members from accessing the beach clubs and lakefront footpath. However, guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village (a 10-minute drive).
Enjoy Lake Gregory which is just 15 minutes drive away and all the fun activities: kayaking, fishing, hiking, swimming, and much, much more!!
Lake Arrowhead also has a strict noise restriction policy. And since this is not a party house, please respect our nearby neighbors.

IF LOUD NOISE IS REPORTED OR SMOKE IS PRESENT, THE FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT $750 WILL BE COLLECTED TO REMEDIATE/CLEAN/CANCEL RESERVATIONS FOLLOWING YOUR STAY, THANK YOU!
Snow removal: The owner will ensure clear parking spots when guests arrive, then it is the renters responsibility to dig their cars out if it snows during your stay. Owner will have shovels available. After renters leave the owner would then be responsible to clear the driveway for the nexts guests.
