Enjoy this wonderful and peaceful space in upscale Lake Arrowhead. Newly remodeled, warm and inviting vacation rental is the perfect romantic getaway. A maximum of TWO (2) respectful guests are welcome.
The home was updated in 2021 is a fabulous space. Complete with a living room, fireplace, huge bathroom, a cozy sleeping area and lots of windows for great views to enjoy Lake Arrowhead's nature and peacefulness. Called a "studio" because there is no hard door in the sleeping area. The spacious rental offers plenty of privacy accessed through a separate entrance, but is part of a larger home on the golf course in which the owner lives. Flat lot for easy access on well maintained road.
Please note that the rental has a small kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, sink and small refrigerator. Please note: there is no stovetop or built-in oven. Very nice well-behaved neutered/spayed adult dog and people welcome. No dogs under 1 year please. Steps from the golf course, this rental is in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes from restaurants and entertainment.
This is NOT a party house. Absolutely no smokers or heavy drinkers. Dogs with any history of aggression are not allowed.
