5 Bedroom House in Fountain Valley
This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in a quiet family neighborhood, 20 minutes from Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, Long Beach airport and downtown Long Beach, and 10 minutes from downtown Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Orange County airport. The downstairs master bedroom has an attached disabled friendly bathroom. In Feb 2020 we remodeled the house with a new kitchen with all new appliances that opens to the living room, which has a new fireplace, remodeled bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout, new AC and heating unit, new hardwood flooring and wood look tile flooring in dining room, kitchen n bathrooms.
This house is perfect for a family vacation or for a long term stay for business, with a beautiful pool and hot tub, an outdoor dining room and living room area under the gazebo, and a pool table in the garage.
The pool is solar heated above 80 degrees from May 1st to Nov 1st and low to mid 70s during the winter months. From Nov 1st to Apr 1st, I can run the heat pump for $40 a day at your expense to keep the pool at 80 degrees. The hot tub is set to 101 degrees.
Fountain Valley has banned short term rentals as of 11/16/2022. The house is now designed for longer term stays. You can book a 31 day stay and pay the same price as most homes for a 14 day stay.
We also have a weekly house cleaning service at no charge to you, based around your schedule.
The living room has a 70” flat screen TV with a DVD player and large collection of Disney movies for the kids and also has DirecTV and Fire TV that has Amazon and Netflix that allows for streaming movies. Three of the bedrooms also have a TV with DirecTV and streaming capabilities. Access to high speed Internet throughout the property
We have some toys and games that you and your children are welcome to enjoy. We also have a child booster seat for children under 2
The Kitchen is stocked with condiments, breakfast supplies, milk, coffee, tea and a 6 pack of beer.
The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo and cream rinse, toilet paper, soap and toothpaste
The upstairs bedroom has a Murphy bed that folds up and converts the bedroom into an office. There is a HP Color Laser printer/scanner/fax connected to the internet that you can print to from your laptop or iPhone/Android phone, and a work desk that you can set up your work station with lots of storage cabinets for office supplies, and your workstation has a beautiful view of the pool and backyard.
There are some great restaurants within 5 minutes to include California Fish Grill, Islands, Stone Fire Grill, Cambalache, Chicken Maison, Pholicious and Full Moon Sushi to name a few.
Downtown Huntington Beach is only 10 minutes away and a $7-10 uber ride, with great restaurants and shopping and beach activities
Newport Beach is only 15 minutes away with Harbor activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, rental boats, etc
HARBOR TOUR - I have a 34’ Meridian motor yacht in Alamitos Bay in the Seal Beach area 20 minutes from my house. I will drive you on a 2 hour harbor cruise as part of your reservation with the option to stop at a dockside restaurant in Alamitos bay or Shoreline village and shop in the village
You will be provided with a welcome binder with a list of local amusement parks, current activities in local beach communities, and recommended local restaurants and shopping areas
