Lots of destinations for you to explore: minutes to the famous Rancho Mission Viejo riding park, 15 minutes to Dana Point beach; Half an hour to Disney/ John Wayne Airport; Los Angel and San Diego are both within one hour drive. Lots of famous destination such as Universal Studio, San Diego Sea World, Legoland, Safari zoo, for you to explore. Parking is very convenient: this property has a 2-car attached garage for your easy parking.

Open the front door, you will be welcomed by luxuriousness of the space: high ceiling for the first floor, partially wood decoration wall, plantation shutters, custom light fixtures, top quality furniture and well designed floor plan. Outside the house, the backyard provides fantastic space and functional items such as
BBQ/Fire pit/ swing and slide/ sitting area for both adults and kids.

community amenities for you to enjoy.
* Floorplan: On the first floor, there is modern kitchen with walk in pantry, large island, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. And we provide the pans/pots/tools etc for chef cooking experience. Sitting on the comfortable couches, enjoying the big-screen TV, walking outside to the paradise like backyard, or enjoying the delicious meal in the dining nook; On the first floor there is one guest bedroom with full bath room, which provide convenience for elder members or guests.
Upon walking to the upstairs, you will be welcomed by bonus loft, comfortable couch for relax; A beautiful master suite with a walk-in
closet, dual vanity, walk-in glass shower and oversized tub. Two other bedrooms, envelop you in comfort queen size beds and pure cotton bedding sets. These two rooms share one Jack & Jail bathroom, dual vanity. Well size laundry with modern washer, dryer and one sink make your clothing fresh every day.
An expansive backyard just like a paradise: built-in BBQ, fire pit, custom seating and kids playground. This lovely outdoor space is great
for entertainment both adults and kids. If you have cute pets, there is well size side yard for the furry family member to enjoy.
All furniture are high quality, all bedding sets are pure cotton to ensure you super comfortable. Every corner shows the host’s
thoughtfulness. We welcome you and wish we will create wonderful memories for you.

1. This is not a party house. Please respect the peaceful neighborhood and not create noise inside and outside of the property.
2. No smoking inside the house please.
3. If you have furry family members, we welcome them but please keep them away the white sofa and carpet floor.
4. The cleaning fee is for cleaning/washing bedding sets/towels, sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning and fresh the house, not including
trash picking up. We prepared trash bags and cans in the side yard, so please put all your food trash in the bags, tie the trash bags and
then put them in the trash can. Empty bottles etc. please put them in the recycling can.
5. For security, there is video doorbell beside the front door.
6. There are stairs inside the property, please be careful and take care of your kids. Please also keep your kids safe when they are
enjoying the playground in the amazing backyard.
