Arrive at your charming abode, stepping into the delightful open-plan living area. Light and spacious, with vaulted ceilings, this characterful space is utterly inviting. The sitting area provides a comfy leather sofa, gas fire and Smart Television, perfect for cosy evenings in. There's a dining table with seating for two guests and a superbly equipped kitchen, providing everything you'll need during your stay, including a Nespresso-style coffee machine and a slow cooker. Pop on the Ruark radio or connect to the bluetooth speaker and listen to your favourite playlist!
With its ‘upside down' layout, head downstairs into the chic bedroom. Oozing with romance and exuding luxury, you are sure to feel utterly relaxed here. Spice Barn is situated on the site of Old Lanwarnick Cottages, settled peacefully between Liskeard and Looe. Here, you have access to some wonderful shared facilities and areas, as well as your own private space to enjoy. There's the added luxury of a bubbling hot tub, which you can book private slots for so you're not disturbed, sun-drenched gardens, a communal gym, pavilion seating area atop a hill with stunning valley views and a cornhole and swing ball set up. You'll also be able to spot a variety of wildlife here, as well as saying hello to the resident chickens and ducks. There are also two bike sheds for storing your bikes. Get lost in endless woodland trails, or pack up a picnic to enjoy down by the babbling stream.
