Outdoors, the backyard is perfectly space planned, with everything you need to truly get away from it all. Huge pool and spa surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. Two separate fire pits for kicking back at night. The front yard is gorgeous as well, with extensive lawn areas, swaying hammock, and peaceful views. There is outdoor dining for 21, with 16 seats in the covered dining pavilion. The outdoor kitchen has a BBQ, roasting pit, sink, fridge, lots of counter space, bar and a TV. In the evening, fire up the colorful party lights to turn it into a nightlife lounge area.
Inside the main living room has seating, a TV and views out to the pool and mountains. The second living area has seating, TV and a fireplace. The stunning kitchen has high end appliances, a huge island and extra large fridge. The dining area has seating for 8 and there are 3 more seats at the kitchen bar.
Downstairs has four of the guest bedrooms. The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the side yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub with doors leading out to the hot tub, as well as two of everything - dual showers, toilets, sinks and walk in closets.
Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with tub and handheld shower. Beautiful views of the mountains and city lights below. Private doors to the front lawn with a bistro table for morning coffee. The fireplace is decorative only and not operational.
Suite 3 has a Queen bed, mountain views to the front and en suite bathroom with shower. This bathroom also can be accessed from the hall for other guest use.
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom, a Twin on the top, and a Twin trundle bed. It also has private doors to the pool. A fourth full bathroom is directly off the laundry room.
Two more Guest Rooms are upstairs. Suite 5 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. It has a private balcony with lounge seating and views over the pool and mountains. It also has a door to the front balcony with city and mountain views.
