We get elk, and turkeys, and seals sleep on the river dune. The view is the river, then the dune, then the ocean. It is a southerly view. It comes with washer and dryer, Internet access, and on demand propane fired water heater. There is no dishwasher and we require NO bleach as we are on a septic system. We have a dish rack above the sink to store dirty dishes or to let them dry. There is a TV and a barbecue. Plenty of acreage and access to the mouth of the Smith River is about 500 yards away. We are dog friendly as well. There is a pullout drawer for garbage and recycling in the kitchen. All star liquor store and the Lucky 7 casino are in walking distance as well. The kayak rental place is next door. Our requirement is that checkout must be on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday in order for us to clean for the next guests. We are already set up with backup towels, sheets, and other coverings. We would prefer two night minimum stays.
