Historic downtown Natichotches is only a ten minute drive away, but taking your boat downtown from the dock in the back yard can be a fun experience. The boat launch is located less than a half a mile from the driveway with dockside fuel pumps and ten minutes by boat from the house.
The back porch is the length of the home, with plenty of seating, tables, a swing. It also has a grilling station with plenty of counter space and can be used as a bar area.
The kitchen has everything from toasters, waffle iron, crock pots, pots, pans, etc, including dinnerware, silverware, and utensils to accommodate a family of 12. Trash bags, dish-washing liquid, if needed, is under the sink. the Laundry room has washer, dryer, ironing board and laundry baskets
