Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with a barbecue and furntiure, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a cot; however there is no linen for the cot. Two dogs welcome - There is a £25 charge per dog, payable to the owner upon arrival; Due to being on a farm, only well behaved and non aggressive dogs are allowed and the property does not accept dogs over 25kg or certain breeds - please enquire. Apologies, no smoking. For your convenience, there is a shop 2.3 miles away and a pub 1.9 miles away. Children must be supervised at all times around the lakes and grounds.
